Accessibility
We want readers to be able to discover and use the books published on this site. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us which page or book you were using and what support you need.
Using the website
The OAPA Bookstore theme includes keyboard-operated menus, visible focus indicators, a skip link to the main content and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page.
Reading books
Available formats are listed on each book and chapter page. The accessibility of an individual file depends on how it was prepared. A scanned PDF may not contain selectable text, and a PDF’s visual layout may not provide a meaningful reading order for assistive technology.
Where OAPA Reader is enabled, its PDF reader provides page navigation, zoom and an extracted-text view. Extracted text does not replace a properly structured accessible edition. You can also download available files to use in your preferred reading software.
The publishing platform
This website uses Open Monograph Press (OMP), developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), together with OAPA’s theme and any enabled plugins. Accessibility depends on the platform, theme, plugins and published content together. This statement does not claim that every page or book conforms to a particular accessibility standard.
Request assistance
Contact the press with the book title or page address, a description of the barrier and your preferred format or way of receiving help. Please do not include account passwords.
